....a way, THE way, a resolve, feeling secure, bursting and bubbling with confidence, deep love and knowing you're wanted and have much worth, sure hope, blissful peace through what seemed like the final end of this world and living hell on earth, completely alone, vulnerable, limping and drained while all negative red eyes on you, getting their buzz from watching you bleed so life and soul drown in itself, wanting and willing you to utterly fail, die and rot. One of them once said 'you can cry blood' 'not interested in your crocodile tears'. Thank goodness for that surreal unbelievable healing, that deep fulfilling feeling that makes you feel victorious like a lion, goosebumps and glowing, no matter what harsh sudden anguish grief life tries to hit and knock you with you stand at ease and just KNOW. Who feels it knows it!!!...

BARRIERS

"...A problem noted with the data sources found was that most previous research seemed to be on women in a gender-specific context but not as women who were parenting their children without a partner.  These types of literature covered worklife of women but no literature on single parent women.  Even though it focused on part of this research aims of the barriers to women obtaining management roles but the aspects of this research’s aims of women parenting singly seems to not be specifically addressed by authors.  However these gender-biased work cultures and attitudes discussed in all this literature would assumingly affect lone-parent females but the actual effects were needed to be analysed.  So more literature was evaluated and reviewed in a broader area...."(© Saldeba,N.)

OBJECTIVES
"...........Additionally, I propose to discover whether or not there are any findings from previous research surveys, that identifies any motivational factors for lone-parent women in management, or if there are particular types of backgrounds or demographics found to be pre-requisites within these categories of females, that are crucial to accomplish and maintain managerial posts within firms.

I may determine whether it is complicated or trouble-free to obtain these managerial positions due to personal constraints of parenting, in relation to married mothers and single women with no children, or the effects of having more children in the family on achieving these careers.

However, I adhere to discover if there are encouraging ideas and/or guidelines on achievement of these career prospects through research on experiences of individuals who are qualified and single parents and may have gained successful managerial employment.  As knowledge of advantages and disadvantages are good factors and sources for aiding potential individuals of like circumstances....."
