OBJECTIVES

there are particular types of backgrounds or demographics found to be
pre-requisites within these categories of females, that are crucial to accomplish
and maintain managerial posts within firms.
I may determine whether it
is complicated or trouble-free to obtain these managerial positions due to
personal constraints of parenting, in relation to married mothers and single
women with no children, or the effects of having more children in the family on
achieving these careers.
However, I adhere to
discover if there are encouraging ideas and/or guidelines on achievement of
these career prospects through research on experiences of individuals who are
qualified and single parents and may have gained successful managerial
employment. As knowledge of advantages
and disadvantages are good factors and sources for aiding potential individuals
